Increase your energy with an active chest opener stretch that allows for deep energizing breathing while opening up your posture at the same time. Then move into full body movements that will increase your balance and stamina and get rid of any body stiffness while staying gentle on your joints. Then move into mobility work that promotes good posture and strengthens your major muscle groups including your back. Now that you have great blood flow moving through your body, its safe to begin some feel good stretches while concentrating on relaxing breathing.
